REBAA and PIPA were formed by industry practitioners with the objective of representing and raising the professional standards of all operators involved in property purchasing and investment. It is strongly recommended that you only engage a REBAA buyer’s agent or a QPIA®, recognised and accredited by PIPA.

REBAA buyer's agents must undergo a stringent multi-stage application and verification process, that is both board and peer reviewed, and membership is not guaranteed. When you engage a REBAA buyer's agent you can be assured you have engaged a top-tier industry professional with the highest in ethical, professional and operational standards.

PIPA has developed a property adviser accreditation course which is industry relevant for today’s property advisers. To be recognised as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®), the adviser must have completed the accreditation course and be a member of PIPA, as well as commit to a code of conduct.

An independent buyer’s agent or property adviser should be fee-for-service, never be trying to sell you any type of property, and should take into account your personal situation and goals.

MyPropertyPro is a proud member of both the Real Estate Buyer's Agents Association of Australia (REBAA) and the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). Our organisation makes a full commitment to both Codes of Conduct.
