Andrew’s varied experience also includes airline operations and he is a qualified airline pilot and Boeing instructor. Andrew holds a double digit, multi-million dollar property portfolio spanning national and international markets.

He is a seasoned and passionate property professional, with experience across all facets of property purchasing and investing.

Whether it be buying for a home or investment, Andrew thoroughly enjoys providing advice and expertise to help people achieve their property goals.

Paul’s professional experience and background is significant and diverse. Originally an on-air presenter for major radio networks Nova, 2DayFM and Triple M, Paul has also been a TV presenter with the Nine Network for over 10 years.

Also an accomplished voice-artist and Master of Ceremonies, Paul prides himself on being able to engage and deliver across many aspects of the media and communications sectors.

An astute real-estate investor himself, Paul combined his ability to manage and entertain audiences with his love for real estate by becoming a fully accredited auctioneer and Principal Agent of MyPropertyPro.

Every year, Paul calls hundreds of auctions around Sydney as an exclusive auctioneer for McGrath - one of Australia’s most trusted and respected real estate brands.

This unique insight into the sales process combined with strong relationships with many of Sydney’s leading agents gives Paul the opportunity to deliver the best results for clients looking to purchase their new home or investment.

Originating from Orange County, California, Elsja holds a Masters degree and professional training in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.

Upon moving to Australia in 2007, her career shifted towards project management (web and software), and research.

Over the last decade, she has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research consulting and data analysis for some of Australia’s leading blue chip companies including big 4 banks, telcos, retailers, and FMCG brands.

Elsja is fascinated by the human mind and experience, aiming to understand the drivers behind human behaviours. This interest in human experience, as well as her strength in analysing data, translates into helping our clients choose their perfect property by looking through both an emotional and rational lens.

Detail oriented and thorough, Elsja works to ensure the smallest items are never overlooked and follows up to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Elsja has over a decade of experience in purchasing property both as an investor and home owner.

With a background in various finance and taxation roles, including for organisations such as KPMG and the Australian Tax Office, Luke co-founded and was the Principal Licensee of MyPropertyPro from 2014 until 2017, managing a team of experienced property managers.

An airline pilot by trade, Luke also delivers non-technical skill training in areas such as leadership, conflict resolution, and error identification and management.

Whilst Luke is a property investor himself, his focus and expertise is in the technical and regulatory aspects of property legislation.

Combining this focus with a strong service and customer centric approach, his desire to ensure a high standard of property industry product delivery is evident.
